How to track order?
To track the status of one order, you need to know the transaction ID, which you will get once you pay for the item. You can also find the transaction ID in your mail box, which you enter on the checkout page. Don't forget to check the trash box or junk mail box if you cannot find it in receiving letter list. We suggest you add our mail address into your "trusted list". Redeem the transaction ID on the track order page and click "track". Then you will get the status of your order.
